AUSTIN, TX (Oct. 10, 2017) – This fall, Coventry Homes is freeing buyers from closing costs when they purchase an inventory home.
During the Free Fall sales event, Oct. 6-Nov. 30, the builder will pay the closing costs on Austin-area inventory homes that are completed or under construction when they use a Coventry Homes preferred lender. The offer is not valid on to-be-built or Build on Your Lot homes.
“Fall is the perfect time to purchase one of our inventory homes,” said Alex Dadidakis, Austin division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., parent company of Coventry Homes. “They are available immediately and include highly desirable upgrades. Plus, in many cases, you can be moved in just in time to host a holiday party or two.”
Many of the builder's inventory homes were constructed with upgrades such as hardwood floors, bow windows and deluxe kitchens, as well as builder options including Texas-sized patios and media rooms.
As a holiday bonus, all Coventry homes are certified through the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program guaranteeing that homes use less energy, consume fewer natural resources and create less waste than other, comparable homes.
Buyers will find Coventry homes in nine Austin area communities including Rim Rock in Driftwood, Rough Hollow in Lakeway and Wolf Ranch in Georgetown. Homes are priced from the $380,000s to more than $1 million.
