Coventry Homes Begins Sales at Parkside on the River

Homes are situated on 50- and 60-foot homesites in the 1,500-acre community nestled on the banks of the San Gabriel River.
The builder’s 17 designs on 50-foot properties are priced from the low $500,000s and range from 2,082 to 2,921 square feet. Homes on 60-foot homesites are priced from the low $600,000s and range from 2,756 to 3,613 square feet.
