Coventry Homes Begins Sales, Opens Models in Sonoma Heights

Coventry Homes is debuting brand new townhome designs in Round Rock’s Sonoma Heights community.
Sales have begun for the Champagne and Merlot floor plans, which are priced from the upper $300,000s. This gated community is the first location Coventry Homes has offered this particular series of floor plans. Models for both designs are now open.
Townhomes range from 1,589 to 1,806 square feet of living space. The Champagne and Merlot offer three bedrooms, island kitchens, entertainment lofts and covered patios. In addition, each home has a private backyard.
“These townhomes are elegant with many high-end features,” said Alex Dadidakis, Central Texas Division President for Coventry Homes. “Many back up to greenbelts so the views are peaceful. Several inventory homes are in varying stages of construction. Coventry will have 89 townhomes in Sonoma Heights.
Sonoma Heights is located at the northeast corner of Kenny Fort Boulevard and Forest Creek Drive. Residents can easily commute to major employers such as Baylor Scott & White, Dell, Apple and Samsung. Dell Diamond and the Round Rock Premium Outlets are minutes away for shopping, dining and entertainment, as is Kalahari Resorts, the world’s largest indoor water park.
