Coventry Homes Opens New Models in Santa Rita Ranch

Coventry Homes recently opened two new model homes in a new village within the master-planned community of Santa Rita Ranch.
The models showcase floor plans for homes situated on 50- and 60-foot homesites. Homes on 50-foot properties are priced from the $480,000s. Homes on 60-foot homesites are priced from the $720,000s.
“It’s always exciting to open new model homes,” said Alex Dadidakis, Central Texas Regional President of Coventry Homes. “These are gorgeous and really demonstrate what homebuyers get when they choose to build with us. What’s also exciting is our new homes in Santa Rita Ranch will be in Homestead Village which puts them within walking distance of the new amenity center and Santa Rita Middle School.”
The builder chose The Goodrich floor plan to highlight homes on 50-foot homesites. Located at 520 Exploration Circle in Liberty Hill, the 2,471-square-foot model features a covered patio, game room, mud room and two-car garage. Structural options on display include a separate shower and tub in the primary suite, brick on three sides on the first floor and a brick back patio.
The Goodrich is one of eight floor plans offered. Designs range from 1,762 to 2,790 square feet and include island kitchens with walk-in pantries, studies and well-appointed primary suites.
Nearby at 516 Exploration Circle, the Willis model demonstrates the features found in homes on 60-foot properties. The four-bedroom, 3,404-square-foot model includes a study, game room, covered patio, tech center and island kitchen. Options include an alternate kitchen with built-in appliances, 8-foot front door and a brick back patio.
The Willis is one of seven floor plans the builder offers for 60-foot properties. Homes include primary suites highlighted by a wall of windows and a bath boasting dual vanities, a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, walk-in closet and three-car garage. Designs range from 3,096 to 3,613 square feet.
Named the 2022 Master-Planned Community of the Year Over 600 Acres, by the Homebuilders Association of Greater Austin, Santa Rita Ranch is located between Georgetown and Liberty Hill. Residents enjoy multiple amenity complexes with resort-style pools, a fitness center, trails, sports fields and play areas.
Students attend schools in the Liberty Hill Independent School District including onsite Santa Rita Ranch Elementary and Santa Rita Ranch Middle School. A private school, Divine Savior Academy, is also onsite.
