Coventry Homes Starts Sales in New Section of Wolf Ranch

June 11, 2020

Coventry Homes has begun sales of expansive new homes in one of the last sections of Wolf Ranch’s Hilltop neighborhood.

Located in a secluded section of the Georgetown master-planned community, the homes will be situated on 70-foot homesites and will range from 2,933 to 3,563 square feet. Designs will be priced from the $510,000s.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for home buyers,” said Alex Dadidakis, Central Texas division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “Buyers have been eagerly anticipating the opening of this next section of Hilltop. In addition to being located across the San Gabriel River, it backs up to the Georgetown Country Club. Homesites will be dotted with trees and many will offer river views.”

The nine designs feature tray ceilings, covered patios, studies and island kitchens. Many homes include courtyards, game rooms and space for workshops. Buyers have the option to add bonus rooms, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, flex rooms and garage extensions.

Coventry Homes also offers patio homes in the South Fork section of Wolf Ranch with pricing from the $330,000s.

Wolf Ranch is within commuting distance of Dell, Apple, and National Instruments offices, as well as employers on the Highway 183 Tech Corridor. Excellent dining and shopping options can be enjoyed at the adjacent Wolf Ranch Town Center. Children are zoned to highly regarded Georgetown ISD schools, including Wolf Ranch Elementary, which is slated to open in the community this fall.
