June 20, 2022

Coventry Homes recently unveiled two new model homes in La Cima showcasing a variety of home designs, options and upgrades intended to meet a range of budgets.

The builder chose the Hamilton floor plan, at 111 Heartleaf in San Marcos to highlight designs for homes situated on oversized 70-foot homesites. The single-story, 2,928-square-foot model features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a three-car garage.

Options shown in the model include a Texas-sized covered patio accessible by sliding glass doors, a fireplace, built-in appliances, bow window in the primary suite and an eight-foot front door. The standard Hamilton floor plan has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. For the model, Coventry has converted one bedroom and bath into a game room with a powder bath.

The Hamilton is one of seven floor plans Coventry offers for homes on 70-foot properties. Designs range from 2,603 to 3,623 square feet. Homes are base-priced from the $640,000s to the $710,000s.

For buyers looking for life on a slightly smaller scale, Coventry presents the Denison at 105 Heartleaf. The single-story model offers 2,420 square feet of living space with a large family room, island kitchen, study and tray ceiling in the foyer.

Options features include an eight-foot front door, Texas-sized patio and a curved wall of windows in the primary bedroom.

The Denison is one of eight floor plans available for homes on 50-foot homesites. Floor plans range from 1,658 to 2,897 square feet. Homes are priced from the $420,000s to the $600,000s.

“We want to give as many buyers as possible an opportunity to build the home of their dreams,” said Alex Dadidakis, Central Texas Division President of Coventry Homes. “That’s why we’re offering a wide variety of floor plans and price points in this wonderful community. A stellar array of options and upgrades can help buyers finetune our floor plans to meet their vision.”

La Cima is located in San Marcos along the Interstate 35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio. La Cima residents enjoy more than 800 acres of open space and parkland, 10-plus miles of trails and the 45-acre Central Park. A recreation center with an activity room, workout room, meeting room, family pool and more will be built around the park.

Additional on-site amenities in the community will include playscapes and recreation fields. Children attend schools in the highly rated San Marcos ISD.

Dining and shopping options are available at Tanger Outlet Center. Construction of an 820,000-square-foot film studio, located near La Cima’s entrance, was recently approved.
