Buyers in the Austin area who purchase a new home Sept. 4-30 will receive a $2,000 Lowe’s gift card.
“An incentive like this puts the finishing touch on buying a new home,” said Alex Dadidakis, Central Texas division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “It can cover the cost of a new refrigerator or other appliance, lawn care equipment or a television for the media room. Buyers will have the flexibility to purchase what they need.”
In the greater Austin area, the builder offers homes in 21 communities. Several — including Double Eagle Ranch in Cedar Creek and Rutherford West in Driftwood — offer acreage homesites. Two communities are nearly closing out in Siena and Paloma Lake in Round Rock. Coventry Homes’ pricing in the Austin area is from the $260,000s to more than $600,000.
"Floor plans by Coventry Homes offer numerous customizations and are built to some of the industry’s highest energy-efficiency standards," Dadidakis said. Homes also offer Control4 home automation such as smart door locks, thermostat, doorbell and light switches as standard features. Providing voice control over the smart home features is an Amazon Echo Dot, which is included in the home automation package.
