If home is where the heart is, Heartland is where your home should be! Coventry Homes will soon be offering award-winning designs in Heartland, and if you sign up for our VIP program, you can be among the first to learn more.

Potential homebuyers who register for our VIP list will receive the latest information about sales, floor plans and incentives before anyone else. You will also be eligible for a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new Coventry home. You even have an opportunity to purchase your new home before sales open to the general public.

Heartland is a special place boasting small town vibes with friendly neighbors and plenty to keep you busy. More than 400 acres of the 2,100-acre community are dedicated to nature. You can walk, jog or bike miles of winding trails, picnic in parks and watch the kids climb to new heights at community playgrounds. On weekends, you can meditate by the 35-acre lake or drop a line from the fishing pier to see what’s biting.

It's also easy to beat the heat at Heartland. There are two amenity complexes each anchored by three pools. The Oasis is a 5,000-acre complex that features a 6,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center, two waterslides, a splash park, playground, event space, snack bar and more. Heartland Park is home to a lake as well as a junior Olympic pool, tot pool and volleyball pool. There are also sports fields and the whimsical Pirate’s Cove playground.

When you crave urban adventure, Dallas is just 25 minutes away. Spend the day at the Dallas Zoo or hunt for fossils at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Take in a Dallas Cowboys’ game at AT&T Stadium. Closer to home, you can shop for antiques in Forney or enjoy racing thrills at RPM Speedway in Crandall.

Children attend excellent Crandall ISD schools, including onsite Crandall Middle School and Walker and Dietz elementary schools.
