Coventry Homes Opens Trailwood Model Home

Coventry Homes has opened a new model home in its 26th active Dallas-Fort Worth community.
The new model home is located at 11475 Misty Ridge Drive in the Flower Mound community of Trailwood. The 3,448-square-foot Bevil Oaks model features four bedrooms, three full and two half baths, a game room, a media room and a three-car garage. Base pricing on the home is in the $580,000s.

The 15 one- and two-story plans range from 2,092 to 3,649 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid-$500,000s. Buyers can choose to have a Texas-sized patio with an outdoor kitchen, add in a game room or media room, have bowed windows or select other structural options. In the model, a flex room near the front door has been decorated as a library.
Trailwood is along Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171) near Highway 377 a few miles from Interstate 35W. The community is known for its picturesque terrain of rolling hills and creeks. Residents enjoy a creekside trail, amenity center, swimming pool, playground, sports fields and 45 acres of open space. Shopping, dining and the farmers market in historic downtown Roanoke are five miles away. Dallas-Fort Worth Airport is also nearby.
Children attend Hilltop Elementary, Argyle Middle School, Argyle Intermediate School and Argyle High School.
