At Coventry Homes, we make it a priority to add something beautiful to every community we build in. In the case of Mustang Lakes, it’s our new model home.
We had a lot of exciting designs to choose from, but when it came right down to it, we had to showcase our Kenedy floor plan at 3201 Casa Blanca Street in Celina. Spanning two stories and 3,003 square feet, this exceptional home is truly one of a kind.
When you step inside, you immediately feel at home. It’s easy to imagine serving pancakes to the kids at the kitchen island or enjoying a glass of wine in the cozy family room. If you love entertaining, you’ll love the upstairs game room. We equipped it with a foosball table and added a comfortable couch, but you could easily add a television and gaming console for the ultimate video game space.

The Kenedy is one of six floor plans we offer for 40-foot homesites in Mustang Lakes. Designs range from 1,773 to 2,756 square feet and are priced from the $490,000s. Mustang Lakes is a country club-style community with the largest amenity center in North Texas.
