Coventry Homes Adds Models in 2 North Houston Communities

March 10, 2022

Coventry Homes recently added to its portfolio of model homes in the North Houston area, opening models in Escondido and The Highlands.

Coventry has maintained a steady presence in the area, which encompasses Conroe, Magnolia, Willis, Spring and other Montgomery County cities.

“Montgomery County has exploded,” Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “The area has everything, including easy access to Energy Corridor employers, shopping in The Woodlands, gorgeous natural amenities such as Lake Conroe and excellent school districts.”

In Magnolia’s Escondidio, Coventry chose to highlight The Kempner floor plan at 1174 Wandering Brook St. Designed for 50-foot homesites, The Kempner floor plan features four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The design’s 2,466 square feet also includes a study tucked away from the front of the home and a casual dining space. The family room overlooks a large covered patio.

Coventry offers eight floor plans for 50-foot homesites. Priced from the lower $300,000s, designs range from 1,739 to 2,899 square feet. The one- and two-story homes boast up to five bedrooms, studies, large primary suites and gourmet kitchens.

Seven floor plans are available for larger homes built on 60-foot homesites. Homes include bow windows in the primary suite, formal dining rooms, studies, game rooms and covered patios. Options such as media rooms and Texas-sized patios are also available. Homes are priced from the lower $400,000s.

Coventry opened two models in The Highlands, a Porter master-planned community.

The Carmine, 21719 Grayson Highlands Way, boasts 2,083 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. A number of options are showcased in the model, including a playroom, bow window at the primary suite and mega walk-in shower in the primary bath. It is one of seven floor plans situated on 45-foot homesites. Homes range from 1,678 to 2,577 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.

Designs for larger homes built on 60-foot homesites are showcased in The Richwood model home at 21738 Grayson Highlands Way. The expansive 3,443-square-foot model offers four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

The plan features a home office, game room and island kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows accent the two-story family room. A bow window in the large primary suite offers up additional space for a seating arrangement. An optional media room is divided from the game room via a popcorn bar.

Additional options shown are a Texas-sized patio with built-in grill, fireplace and an oversized kitchen island. The floor plan is one of eight designs offered in the community priced from the upper $400,000s.

Both Escondido and The Highlands are amenity-rich communities offering plentiful outdoor spaces, lakes and playgrounds.
