Coventry Homes Expands Offerings in Escondido

Coventry Homes has begun sales of homes situated on larger homesites in master-planned Escondido, expanding its offerings in the Magnolia area community.
Homes will be built on 60-foot homesites. Seventeen designs are available featuring studies, island kitchens, large primary suites and covered patios. Floor plans will be priced from the mid $300,000s.

Located on the site of the historic Escondido Ranch, the 150-acre community offers easy access to The Woodlands, Conroe and major employers along the Energy Corridor.
