Coventry Homes New Section Now Selling in Candela

Coventry Homes has begun sales of oversized 70-foot homesites in Candela, a Richmond master-planned community.
The builder is offering eight floor plans ranging from 3,075 to 4,587 square feet. Homes feature island kitchens, covered patios, game rooms, studies, media rooms and three-car garages.
“Many home buyers need a large home,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “These oversized homesites will meet that need. Buyers will also get the upscale features they crave. As a bonus, there will be plenty of room in the backyard for play equipment, barbecues and even pools. ”
A number of structural options are available, including Texas-sized covered patios, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, wine rooms, additional bedrooms and garage extensions.
Candela is a 460-acre community located in Richmond. The location allows easy access to the Grand Parkway, West Park Tollway, FM 1463, FM 359 and FM 723 as well as shopping, dining and entertainment options at the Shops at Bella Terra.
Resident life centers on the Axis Amenity Center with a pool, splash pad, multi-purpose room and fitness center. Additional amenities include a dog park, yoga lawn, playground, pavilion and Solstice Park. Students attend schools within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
