Coventry Homes, Plantation Homes Offer X'treme Savings of up to $154,394 in Houston
October 4, 2019
During the builders’ X'treme Sales Event, now through October 31st, buyers can receive up to $154,394 in savings.
“We often see a surge of home buying in the fall and this provides a little extra incentive for those buyers who might be on the fence,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes.
Many of the homes feature upgrades such as hardwood floors, bay windows and luxury baths as well as structural options such as media rooms and outdoor kitchens.
Homes by both builders are certified through the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program, the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Homes that are LEED-certified meet exacting criteria for saving energy, water and resources.
Coventry Homes is active in 24 communities in and around Houston with homes priced from the $260,000s to more than $1 million. Plantation Homes can be found in 19 communities. Homes are priced from the $180,000s to more than $500,000.
Parent company MHI has been building homes in Texas since 1988 and offers designs in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, in addition to Houston.
