Coventry Homes Prepares To Build In New Candela Section

Coventry Homes is preparing to expand its building program in Candela, featuring large homes on oversized homesites.

Floor plans have not yet been released but homes will be situated on 70-foot homesites. Designs will range from 2,915 to 4,573 square feet and are priced from the $530,000s. Coventry already builds on 40-, 50- and 60-foot homesites in the Richmond community.

“Sales have been strong in Candela,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “We expect our designs for these larger homes will be very popular with buyers. Many of the features buyers want most will be standard, but there also will be plenty of options available to help people design a home that fits their needs.”

Currently, the builder is offering potential homebuyers the opportunity to be among the first to receive information about sales, floor plans and incentives by registering for a VIP list at https://www.coventryhomes.com/home-buying-special/2307. Those on the list will receive a $5,000 buyer allowance with the purchase of a new Coventry home in the 70-foot section. The original contract purchase date must be during the VIP purchase period, prior to Coventry Homes opening sales to the general public.

Candela is a 460-acre community with easy access to the Grand Parkway, West Park Tollway, FM 1463, FM 359 and FM 723 as well as shopping, dining and entertainment options at the Shops at Bella Terra.

Planned for 1,555 homes, Candela will offer residents numerous amenities, including the Axis Amenity Center with a pool, splash pad, multi-purpose room and fitness center. Additional amenities include a dog park, yoga lawn, playground, pavilion and Solstice Park. Students attend schools within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
