Coventry Homes Starts Sales in Dunham Pointe

Coventry Homes has begun sales of new homes in Dunham Pointe, a Cypress master-planned community.
Sales have already been strong, said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. More than 20 sales were recorded stemming from a single VIP pre-sales event.
“We knew sales in Duhnam Pointe would be strong out the gate,” Blackburn said. “We have a great line-up floor plans. They are throughtfully designed to maximize livability, they are energy efficient and are located in a community guaranteed to help families thrive.“
The builder is offering 17 designs for homes situated on 50-foot properties. The homes range from 1,739 to 3,336 square feet and feature up to five bedrooms, four baths, flex rooms, entertainment lofts, island kitchens and two-car garages.
Fifteen designs are available for the 70-foot homesites. Ranging in size from 2,693 to 4,579 square feet, homes boast primary suites with bow windows, studies, game rooms, covered patios, media rooms and three-car garages.
Available options include Texas-sized patios, outdoor kitchens, coffered ceilings, fireplaces and garage extensions.
All Coventry homes are Environments for Living® certified, ensuring homes are energy efficient and eco-friendly.
Dunham Pointe is located south of Highway 290 and Mason Road. Sprawling over 1,327 acres, the community will feature planned amenities such as a family pool with cabanas, an adult lap pool, a splash pad, a fitness center and a playground.
At least 300 acres in the community will be reserved for restaurants, retail, office space and medical facilities. Children attend highly regarded Cy-Fair ISD schools with a new on-site educational village consisting of an elementary, middle, and high school planned for the future.
