May 16, 2022

Coventry Homes recently unveiled a model home in the new Prairieland Village section of Bridgeland.

The builder chose to highlight the four-bedroom Lumberton floor plan at 10706 Monarch Butterfly Drive. The two-story model offers 3,673 square feet of living space with a study, formal dining room and three-car garage.

“We are excited to show off our designs for Prairieland Village,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “Our homes fit Bridgeland’s newest village to perfection. As a bonus, our floor plans are flexible so homebuyers will be able to add the options and upgrades that best suit their lifestyle.”

Potential homebuyers can view several options while touring the model home, including a grand foyer with curved staircase, game and media room combination with a popcorn bar, Texas-sized covered patio with outdoor kitchen and sliding glass doors from family room to patio.

Eight floor plans, priced from the $490,000s, are available. Homes will be situated on 55-foot properties and range from 2,493 to 3,428 square feet. Standard features include island kitchens, large primary suites, covered patios and game rooms.  Available options include generational suites, wine rooms, media rooms and garage extensions.

Bridgeland occupies 11,500 acres in Cypress. More than 3,000 acres are devoted to open space, parks, lakes and trails. Residents enjoy two amenity complexes with resort-style pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, playgrounds and event lawns. Planned amenities specific to Prairieland Village include an activity center, lakes, canoe and kayak launches, trails, birdwatching stations and a lakefront pavilion. Students in the village attend schools within Waller or Cypress-Fairbanks independent school districts.
