New Model Kicks Off Sales of New Designs in Sienna
November 19, 2020
The grand opening of Coventry Homes’ newest model home in Sienna — set for Friday, Nov. 20 — kicks off sales of new home designs in the Missouri City master-planned community.
The builder has introduced nine new floor plans in Sienna, with pricing from the upper $200,000s. The homes will be situated on 45-foot homesites.
The model is Coventry Homes’ Dalhart plan. Marked by high ceilings, oversized windows and a thoughtfully designed great room, the design provides enough room for entertaining without sacrificing privacy.
Potential buyers will also get a taste of the available design options, including the transformation of the study into children’s playroom and homework area and an alternate primary bath with a walk-in shower, a garden tub and two vanities. A Texas-sized patio with outdoor kitchen and three-car garage also can be added.
“Our new designs in Sienna demonstrate that a beautiful home in an outstanding community doesn’t have to come with a high price tag,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “Each floor plan is designed to give buyers the features they want — such as a home office — as well as the flexibility to make changes that better fit their lifestyle needs.”
Sienna has long been a favorite with home buyers. The ever-expanding list of amenities currently includes eight lighted tennis courts, more than 100 miles of trails, numerous parks and playgrounds, sports fields, two fitness centers and multiple water parks. A lifestyle team organizes clubs, activities and events.
Children attend Fort Bend ISD schools, most of which are located within the community.
