Coventry Homes Unveils Models In 2 North Dallas Communities
September 23, 2020
Coventry’s move into the two communities solidifies its strong presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
“Homes in the North Texas area are very much in demand,” said Rudy Pospisil, division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) parent company of Coventry Homes. “There is something for everyone in these communities and this makes them a good fit for our homes, which appeal to all home buyers at whatever stage of life they are in.”
In Northlake’s The Ridge, the builder chose to showcase its spacious two-story Mineola floor plan. Located at 1117 Orchard Pass, the model home offers nearly 3,000 square feet of living space featuring a thoughtfully designed blend of communal and private areas.
The design boasts a secluded primary bedroom and bath that benefits from not having the second floor built over it, cutting down the noise from upstairs activities.
The plan also features a home office, large game room and island kitchen. One option showcased is the Texas-sized patio that serves as an additional den. Buyers also can choose to add a second study, tech center and media room, if they desire.
The Mineola is one of nine new home designs offered in The Ridge. Homes are priced from the mid $300,000s.
In Celina, Coventry has highlighted the Forest Hill floor plan at 2221 Pinner Court in Cambridge Crossing. The layout of the single-story design offers many conveniences, including locating the study next to the media room which will be helpful to working parents needing to keep an eye on children. A storage closet in the study offers a handy place to keep office supplies.
The model also boasts a primary suite, island kitchen and a Texas-sized covered patio. The floor plan is one of seven designs priced from the mid $300,000s that are offered in the community.
Both The Ridge and Cambridge Crossing are amenity-rich communities offering plentiful outdoor spaces, resort-style pools and playgrounds.
