Heartland just welcomed a new addition — our beautiful new model home. Once you step inside, we’re sure your heart will go pitter patter!
We showcased the largest of the six floor plans we offer in in Heartland, the Tarrant, located at 3922 Hometown Boulevard. The two-story model is perfect for any size family with 2,620 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space.
The model features beautiful wood floors and Shaker cabinets with upgraded hardware throughout the home. The optional fireplace in the great room is perfect for those cool Texas nights. The primary suite features our bow window upgrade which is the perfect spot for setting up a reading nook. The luxurious bathroom boasts dual sinks, glass-enclosed shower and a huge walk-in closet.
Our favorite room has to be the kitchen! The gorgeous granite island can seat four comfortably. We added tons of upgrades, including plumbing fixtures, backsplash tiles and a super convenient pull-out trash drawer. The Shaker cabinets give the kitchen a sleek, upscale look.
The upstairs game room serves as a lively lounging spot, while the optional media room promises to be the go-to space for family and friends to relax. And when it's time to unwind outdoors, the Texas-sized patio awaits, ready for endless moments of leisure and enjoyment.
We know you’ll love the Tarrant, but our five other floor plans are equally beautiful. Homes range from 1,650 to 2,422 square feet and are priced from the $300,000s. Designs include gourmet kitchens, studies, covered patios, game rooms, two-car garages and more.
Heartland is located just 25 miles from downtown Dallas. Residents enjoy access to two amenity complexes.
