Coventry Homes Begins New Home Sales In Veramendi

Coventry Homes has begun sales of new homes in Veramendi, an amenity-rich New Braunfels master-planned community. 

The builder is offering eight floor plans priced from the $470,000 to the $570,000s. Designs range from 1,982 to 3,075 square feet. Homes boast open floor plans, island kitchens, two-story family rooms, covered patios, studies, game rooms and more. fourty-one homesites are currently available.

Coventry Homes’ designs in Veramendi can be semi-individualized with options ranging from Texas-sized patios with summer kitchens to media rooms. For buyers interested in moving quickly, the builder has five inventory homes available. Homes are slated to be complete in June. 

Veramendi is located northwest of downtown New Braunfels between Highway 46 and River Road. The community boasts 480 acres of public parks, open spaces and 10 miles of trails. Residents also have access to The Ledge, an amenity complex featuring a resort-style pool, pavilions, lounge area, splash pad and poolside kitchen.
